Groups of 15 or more are welcome to explore the Museum with a self-guided tour. All self-guided visits must be booked at least two weeks in advance, and each group must be accompanied through the galleries by at least one adult chaperone per ten students.
• We can accommodate up to 50 guests at one time.
• Group visits are available Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
• Visits last from 45–60 minutes, and we're happy to adjust timing to meet special needs.
• Free printed Gallery Guides are available for groups of 15 or more attending special exhibitions.
Adult guided tours are available for groups of 15 or more and are a great option for clubs, organizations, and corporate groups. Our docent-led outings include half-day programs that encourage conversation and help your group get the most out of its museum visit.
• There is a $15 docent fee for every 10–15 guests, in addition to individual admission.
• The docent fee is collected at the start of your visit and can be paid by cash or check.
• To schedule a tour, please provide at least 75 days notice.
• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to confirm your reservation.

Guided tours for Pre-K–12, college, university, homeschool, and other student groups for K-12 to enrich museum-based experiences throughout the school year. Students explore the galleries through close looking, discussion, and age-appropriate engagement.
• One chaperone is required for every 10 students.
• Admission is free for Volusia County Public Schools and Stetson University students.
